Find a way to keep candy from melting under a lamp. *** You are going to be selling chocolates soon at an outdoor market. You need to be able to display them, so that customers can see your selection in the sun without them melting. Use your materials to create something to protect your display from melting.

San Francisco is suffering from a terrible drought.  They only have one year left of clean drinking water.  They live close to one of the largest bodies of water on the planet, but it is full of saltwater.  Use your materials to help figure out a way to desalinize the saltwater to make fresh water.
