Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Kelli Buchanan. I have worked here at Barnardsville since 2005. I obtained my Elementary Education degree
at Lees McRae College. I was honored to be Barnardsville's teacher of
the year in 2011 and 2019. I am grateful that I have been able to continue my journey as a
professional educator here in the community of Barnardsville. I am a
resident of Burnsville and it is worth every mile to work here with you
and your child!
I have found that in Barnardsville there is a great connection between
the school and the community. I am thankful to be a part of this family
and help the children of this community grow into life long learners!
